1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EdgeFX (the "Service") ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using EdgeFX, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the use of forex and CFD trading analytics is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

EdgeFX provides forex and CFD market data, analytics, and trading signal selections for informational and educational purposes only. We do not place trades on behalf of users. We do not operate as a broker, dealer, market maker, or registered financial advisor.

All signals, probabilities, and analytics are derived from publicly available market data and proprietary methodology. Signals reflect technical setups and selection criteria, not guaranteed outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and execution.

4. No Financial Advice; No Guarantee of Results

Nothing on EdgeFX constitutes financial, legal, investment, tax, or professional advice. Trading forex and CFDs carries significant financial risk. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance shown on the Service does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, and any financial outcomes.

Before acting on any information from EdgeFX, you should consider whether it is appropriate for your circumstances and seek independent financial advice if needed.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid features are sold through our payment processor. Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish content from the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or clone the Service or its underlying methodology
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service beyond personal use
• Share access credentials with other users or operate copy-trading services without authorisation

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or chargebacks. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, models, methodology, and trademarks on EdgeFX are the property of SH-Tech or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your active subscription, for personal use only.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF DATA, SIGNALS, PRICES, OR ANY OUTCOMES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES INCURRED FROM TRADING ACTIVITY OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

12. Trading Risk Warning

Trading forex, CFDs, and leveraged financial instruments carries significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Key risks include:

• You can lose more than your initial deposit
• Leverage amplifies both profits and losses
• Markets can move sharply due to economic data, geopolitical events, or low liquidity
• Past performance is not indicative of future results

Trade only with capital you can afford to lose. If you are uncertain whether trading is suitable for you, consult an independent financial adviser. Resources for problem gambling or compulsive trading include BeGambleAware.org (UK) and ncpgambling.org (US).

13. Geographic Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that use of forex and CFD trading analytics is legal in your jurisdiction. CFD trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States for retail traders, and is subject to leverage caps and product restrictions in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia.

We do not knowingly provide services to users in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. We may update this provision in the future as our corporate jurisdiction evolves.
